1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the official platform of niumodao (牛魔刀) (domains: www.niumodao.store and niumodao.store), operated by the niumodao garment manufacturing factory based in Yulin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China (established in 2015).
By visiting our site, testing the online cost estimator, creating a customer account, or submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Manufacturing Scope & MOQ Standards
niumodao provides comprehensive OEM/ODM garment manufacturing services including fabric development, computer pattern grading, precision cutting, sewing, specialized denim washing (enzyme, stone wash, distress, bleaching), and custom trim finishing.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard production MOQ is 500 pieces per style/wash. Smaller test batch orders for launching brands can be accommodated upon consultation.
- Sampling & Prototyping: Development samples are produced and approved prior to bulk cutting. Sampling fees are refundable or deductible against qualified bulk production runs.

All authoritative bulk manufacturing unit prices, lead times, and payment terms must be confirmed offline by factory commercial and technical staff following swatch review, physical fitting, and formal execution of a bilateral Manufacturing Agreement.
4. Quality Assurance & Inspection Policy
To ensure export-grade consistency, our facility applies rigorous quality procedures:
- Two-Tier Quality Control: 100% general inspection during trimming and packaging + 2% random audit sampling prior to factory packing;
- Industry Allowances: Due to wash-induced shrinkage and handcrafted wash finishes, an industry-standard tolerance of ±2% on dimensions and normal processing loss is acknowledged;
- Acceptance Period: Buyers are expected to complete warehouse receiving inspection within the timeline specified in the commercial purchase contract.
5. Customer Brand Rights & Non-Infringement
When commissioning private-label production with proprietary branding, logos, or trademarks, the customer certifies and warrants that they possess lawful trademark rights, copyrights, or authorized licenses.
niumodao strictly refuses counterfeit or infringing manufacturing orders. The customer agrees to hold niumodao harmless against any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising from intellectual property disputes related to customer-supplied branding.
6. Account Security & Responsible Use
You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials. Automated scraping, load abuse against API endpoints, unauthorized penetration testing, or disruption of platform availability is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or related to this platform or manufacturing engagement shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Yulin, Guangxi, China.
