In compliance with the principle of data minimization, we collect only information essential to providing cost estimates, prototyping, sampling, and manufacturing:

• Account Credentials: When you register an account, we record your email address, contact name (optional), and securely salted & hashed passwords (using Scrypt). We never store plaintext passwords.
• Request for Quote (RFQ) Data: When submitting an inquiry through our cost estimator or product catalog, we capture your brand name, preferred contact channel (WhatsApp / Email), estimated order volume, timeline expectations, tech pack links, notes, and the technical specification snapshot of your configuration.
• Client-Side Local Storage: To provide a responsive, uninterrupted experience, your unfinished cost calculations and trim designs are stored in your browser's local storage (LocalStorage). These drafts stay on your device until you choose to submit or save them.
• Security & Diagnostic Logs: To defend against automated credential stuffing and malicious abuse, our servers log keyed cryptographic hashes of submitter IP addresses (never raw IP addresses), browser User-Agent strings, and unique Request IDs.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed strictly for legitimate manufacturing and business purposes:

• Calculating unit production costs and preparing official factory quotes and technical confirmations;
• Organizing fabric sourcing, sample prototyping, trim production, and manufacturing line schedules;
• Communicating regarding sample approvals, order milestones, and international freight tracking;
• Delivering one-time verification codes via Tencent Cloud Simple Email Service (SES);
• No Data Brokering: We never sell, rent, or lease your personal or business data to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

As an OEM/ODM private-label manufacturer, brand confidentiality is our core standard:

All brand trademarks, vector logos, hangtag artwork, technical drawings, pattern data, and tech packs you upload or provide remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property. niumodao will never replicate, resell, or distribute your proprietary designs to other clients without your explicit written consent.

5. Data Retention & Security Standards

All network communication is strictly enforced over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Verification challenges are stored as keyed HMAC digests with rapid expiration. Production databases are isolated and backed up regularly. Inquiry data is retained only for standard business fulfillment, auditing, and warranty periods.
